In 2009 I resolve…

  1. To continue food journaling and losing weight slowly and consistently.
  2. To start walking and training for The Atlanta 3-Day by February 1.
  3. To appreciate every day without pain and be thankful for a wonderful doctor!
  4. To have professional photos taken in the Spring of Scott & myself for our families.
  5. To try and avoid foods that contribute to “bad” cholesterol.
  6. To read my Daily Guideposts & Bible and pray daily.
  7. To organize my scrapbooking materials.
  8. To start using the dining room table again for meals instead of sitting in front of the TV!
  9. Buy one Christmas/birthday gift every pay day!
